Lori Dugan created Full Circle Concierge in 2007 from a long-time inner calling to help seniors stay active and independent. Many of these clients started referring to Lori as “their other daughter”, so a division of the company named “The Other Daughter” was formed.

Lori has a long-time inner calling to help people enjoy the highest quality of life possible. She has a deep passion for the senior population which provides her with great personal gratification while helping individuals to live independently. 

Lori has 25+ years of Real Estate/Property Management experience, in addition to holding real estate licenses in Ohio and Kentucky. She holds a Medical Massage Therapy license through the State of Ohio Medical Board. Lori Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a minor in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a graduate of the Triangle Concierge Master’s Academy.

Lori is highly recommended by many local physicians, nurses, social workers, retirement center administrators, as well as numerous satisfied clients. She was the recipient of Angie's list Super Service Award in 2013 and 2014.
