Policies

  • Payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.  Cash or check are accepted forms of payment.  We can also create a pre-paid  concierge account to be used for all services.
  • We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.  Failure to provide will result in a $30 servicing fee.
  • A $30 fee will be charged in addition to any bank fees for any returned check.
  • Twenty miles of free mileage included in our rates.  Additional mileage may be billed at current federal rates.
  • Any services requiring pets to be transported require that the client provide suitable carriers and proof of shots.
  • 24 hour notice is requested for services but we will do our very best to accommodate your rush requests.  
  • Seniors will receive 10% off hourly rates.
  • Rates for services are based upon the type of service requested.     Services can be utilized a la carte by the hour or be purchased as part of a custom package rate.

    Hourly Services (a la carte):

  • Two hour minimum and then the time is billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Cost of merchandise, supplies, outside vendor charges, and/or any other fee is the responsibility of the client.

    Custom Blocks of Time Packages:

  • Must be purchased in advance and must be used within 30 days.
  • Cost of supplies, merchandise, outside vendor charges, and any other fees are the responsibility of the client.
